Set up systems to help you stay organized (e.g. mail, laundry, the refrigerator)
Learn strategies to stay on top of tasks
Modify your environment to help you take all your medications
Set up a calm zone at home
Add fidgets to your workspace
Discuss a plan for requesting school or work accommodations
